Things I do not give a fuck about:
Dean being shirtless.
Sam being shirtless.
Dean apparently being the wussiest, most pathetic demon to ever wuss.
Castiel.
Castiel falling in love with and/or having sex with his sister (since angels are siblings).
Sam boringly torturing humans to somehow get info about Dean.

Things I give a fuck about and which PISS ME THE FUCK OFF:
Dean and Crowley being BFFs.
Dean telling Sam to let him go.
Dean and Crowley bitch/jerk.
The possibility of destiel in the 200th ep.
Jeremy Carver's continued existence as part of my show.
Convention things.

I didn't even think of the sibling connection with Cas and Hannah! Omg.

I don't think Sam is torturing humans to get to Dean. In the preview, the girl he's torturing says "a Winchester? One of us?", meaning a demon.

I am SO upset over the bitch/jerk thing. My jaw fell to the floor when I read that on twitter then saw the video. For them to bring back something so personal and from the very core of the show like that? Why not just have Dean give the amulet away to Crowley and call it a day?

There's going to be WHAT in the 200th? I hadn't heard that. All I know is everyone is mad over the idea that there won't be Cas or Crowley physically in the episode (i.e. no Misha or Mark).

Where's Ben Edlund when you need him? Even Jensen said at NJcon that he wishes he were back "because he really had some great Dean storylines".
